The Modfather

Tribute to male Mod Style and the universally recognised figure credited with reviving Mod culture in the UK, The Jam and the Style Council’s Paul Weller, affectionately named ‘the Modfather’.

Male Mod fashion from the 1960’s onwards focused on quality bespoke tailoring, high quality shoes, and groomed hair. They wore army surplus Parka coats to protect their expensive clothes and Vespa scooters enabled guys to get around comfortably without ruffling their look too much. Vespas also symbolised an elegant and exotic continental vibe that the Mods aspired to.

Declan wears Milo Love is Love D&G inspired suit worn with crisp white shirt and narrow black tie (Mod staples). His shoes are shiny black patent brogues (also Love is Love Milo). His green Parka coat is from Hot to the touch Bellamy.

New Ray cream 1/6 scale die cast Vespa.
