Inquiry Statement: What does photography reveal about the importance, beauty, and ever-presence of mathematics?
Weakness: Over-editing - I want to take photos that look better straight out of camera to save time and minimize steps.
Materials:
Fujifilm X-T50 camera
Semicircular observation point (used to be part of some coastal defense fort)
Idea:
I liked how the semicircles joined together to make an eye. The title is a pun on the mathematical expression for a semicircle in the complex plane.
Process:
I sat down on the ground because from a standing perspective the lower level would've been completely obscured. In editing, the only thing I did was increase exposure and darken shadows in order to make up for the day being overcast.
