Mill Cottage Cockington.

The Cockington Watermill, located in Cockington village near Torquay, is a listed building with a grade II status. It was formerly known as Water Mill to Granary and is now used as a cafeteria. The mill has origins that are likely older than its dated wheel from 1878, and it has been considerably restored in the 20th century in the Lutyens style.
