2014 VW Polo

The stickers on the windshield say that this car has been registered as a diplomatic vehicle for the council of europe in strasbourg up until 2021. What's weird about it is that this car now has registration plates from denmark, yet it came back to the area near strasbourg where it was originally registered.

I'd love to know the story behind this one.
