This building that is rotting away, this is the building that sent out the first CTC command to pass trains with out the need of the phone box. This building, that should be historic sight, is on the New York Central. You can still barely see the New York Central embalm barely hanging on to the brick. The build is now empty and vacant, and overgrown in the trees.
