Sulmona - im Abruzzen - Nationalpark.
Im Nationalpark Abruzzen, Latium und Molise (Parco nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise), der geografisch im Herzen Italiens liegt, hat sich bis heute eine vielfältige Flora und Fauna erhalten. Auch der Marsische Braunbär hat hier eines seiner letzten Refugien. Nach ca. einer Stunde Aufstieg vom Friedhof von Sulmona erreicht man morgens einen schönen Viadukt, auf dem soeben die D 445 1105 mit dem Treno storico 78211 (Sulmona - Roccaraso) bergwärts brummte (10. Juli 2021).

The Martian brown bear also has one of its last refuges here. After about an hour's climb from the Sulmona cemetery, in the morning you reach a beautiful viaduct on which the D 445 1105 with the Treno storico 78211 (Sulmona - Roccaraso) has just hummed uphill (July 10, 2021).
