Fori Wayseeker

My character for the Heroes of Fur and Feather campaign from @brothersbrickofficial! Already having fun with this one.

 

Name: Fori Wayseeker

Race: Nomad Raccoon

Delving Item: Guiding Light

 

Fori is the eldest of an entire litter of raccoons, though he does not feel it. The Wayseekers are a line that favors tradition over all else, and Delving Day would have normally been the rite of passage that would have proved to his family that Fori was capable of wielding the Guiding Light.

 

The Guiding Light has long been a staple of the Wayseeker family. As nomads, it is what guides them to their place, their people, and their purpose. The Wayseekers are not a magical people, and don’t fully understand the inner workings of whatever enchantment lives within the Guiding Light, but they know that it is their duty to follow it and to keep it safe.

 

Everything changed when his father was lost. As the eldest, Fori was forced to carry the Guiding Light much earlier than he should have. Truth is, he wasn’t sure he would have ever been ready.

 

Fori makes the long trek to Dungeon Crossing for Delving Day, hopeful that he will have an opportunity to earn this responsibility that has been thrust upon his shoulders, and nervously anticipating the adventure before him….
