Have we ever realized wHealthhy do we feel hungry??
This is controlled by our brain, which is connected with our alimentary canal and works on the feedback mechanism. As you see daily in your offices,
factories, kitchen etc. That we go on checking the raw material stock and finished goods stock and would buy raw materials according to the consumption.
We keep on using raw materials from store and refeeding according to the production schedule.
Consistent Behaviour for Weight Loss

These weight losing sprees are just a few days flare ups???
For most of it would last anything between 15 days to 60 days max.
For those who would stop at 15 days it's a guilt trip and would keep on feeling bad.
For those who lasted 60 days and not been able to lose much weight it's an embarrassment. They are in a real fix!!
Flaws In most weight Loss strategies
Calories in calories out concept is fail:
Calories in calories don’t seem to be working because it is not differentiating in the types of calories. i.e. It assumes that all food is converted to calories
and stored in compartments, and whenever it needs energy it would take out the calories and consume it. And if you want to lose fat just lower the supply and
increase the demand so the end result is more calorie consumption would lead to weight loss.
But body does work like that. It stores the energy in different forms which is for immediate use is glucose, for intermediate time frame it stores in the form of
glycogen and for long term energy requirements it is stored in the form of FATS. Diets simply just don’t work because it rarely touches the FAT stores of the body.
Whatever the weight loss occurs initially is more and less of glycogen or water stores. But it reduces the BMR so as soon as we stop dieting, we just bounce back.
