"Beltpack Surprise - CN 5379"
Continuing with 5379, we have my recalling on my first venture out to Sarnia since i moved into the area around November, with this encounter being in late December.
I made it home for the Christmas Break, and the day after getting home, i decided to head out to do some railfanning. 5379 was assigned to the Sarnia Beltpack, and was surprised that it was leading the job, so i decided to grab as many shots as possible of this rare unit in Southern Ontario.
Here we see CN's Sarnia Beltpack Job with SD40-2 5379 leading a string of tankers to the front of the highway bridge on a cloudy December afternoon. Still glad i caught this SD40-2 on this bridge, but sadly i stipped visiting the bridge due to the potenntial risk of CN Police.
