umbbells are one of the best choices for a home gym because they allow you to work multiple muscle groups at the same time. For example, if you want to work your back and shoulders, you can do so by doing a bicep and triceps workout using dumbbells. This is great if you are pressed for time or have limited space in your home.

 

You can also mix and match different exercises for one muscle group. For example, if you want to work chest muscles, you can choose from several variations of chest exercises such as bench press, incline bench press, decline bench press and chest flyes.
