Photography is always a way to find and express senses without naming. How many times I asked myself "why do I picture this?". The same amount of times I asked myself what do I need to undertand from this image, or even "why do I feel like that looking on this over and over again".
Image is still. Image is the same. The object on this image may not exist any more in reality. But senses are fixed in the composition. And with time they just may come out. When you are ready for them.
This image was one of very few I made that fall day 2021. We came to this place at the very border of Ukraine and Belarus, city of Lubech. One of the oldest historical places on our land. From this point you could see Dripro river and Belarusian land on other bank. I made this image. We came to the river to meet the sunset there.
The sun dunked into the waters of Dnipro. In just a few months it would never rase and shine again the same for our countries as from other side would come orcs to kill our people and destroy our land.
