A Batsy Eldritch Faun- Halloween Contest Photo Submission
An Eldritch corrupted faun is seen lurking in the woods outside Vae Victis. Some say she helps lost travelers find their way, but more still say those travelers are never seen again.
This still capture of her outside of the shadowy protection of the undergrowth was only possible because she had become entranced by the aura of energy and
pulsing expulsion of particles from a tear* in the ground just out of frame. *direct line of sight from the lens to the tear caused unrepairable damage to the digital file*
Dear viewers, this photographer was so curious, upon approaching the tear they report it is indeed Eldritch in nature.
Non-Eldritch beings are warned not to touch or taste the particles, unknown side effects may occur in addition to the 100% occurring symptom of a painful effervescent effect on the whole of the tongue muscle,
that lingers for days after....or so our photography reports anyway, poor soul.
