Regina is a character in the story "The Framework", an aspiring basketball star who did well in college and was on her way to the WNBA, Regina met with the wrong potential sponsor and instead ended up trapped inside The Framework for the dark web's delight.
Since being put inside Regina has stayed in the bunker where she runs cell block D as it's alpha, she treats her girls well but is tough when she needs to be and knows how to finish a fight as she stands undefeated in the arena.
