In vulnerable people, unripe, pickled, or cooked Kesar mango pores and skin may cause contact dermatitis of the gingiva, lips, or tongue. Ripe fruits fluctuate in coloration and measurement. Cultivars include yellow, pink, orange, or inexperienced fruits with a flat, rectangular pit that's fibrous or furry on the floor and doesn't separate simply from the pulp.
A particular resinous, candy odor emanates from ripe, unpeeled mangoes. An internal lining of 1–2 mm, about 0.039 to 0.079 inches thick, covers one seed of 4 to 7 cm, about 1.6 to 2.8 inches lengthy. The seeds of Kesar Mangoes are recalcitrant; they won't survive freezing or drying. The common annual yield is 150 to 200kg/tree.
