The team consists of Aquaman as the leader, Mera, Captain Atom, Green Lantern (Jessica Cruz), Firestorm, The Flash (Wally West), Red Tornado and Atomica.
Aquaman was a former Justice League member in this universe. After a war broke into Atlantis, he needed time to protect his kingdom that's why he branched out and made a new team which is Legion Alpha, recruiting heroes that the All-New Justice League can call quickly whenever they need more heroes. This team acts as the reserve team for the All-New Justice League.
