It’s Transformation Tuesday and the scale isn’t moving like I want or feel like it should with the work I am doing but my body is changing. So I choose to celebrate that- I am exactly where I should be because this is my own journey. Comparison is the thief of joy- stay the course and focus on your journey and using the tools you need to be successful physically, mentally, and emotionally.
