For this image I edited it almost the same exact way that I edited the other photo. I used Photoshop first and then Lightroom and I used the same exact skin smoothing techniques with the spot healing brush to remove impurities and tonality adjustments to smooth the skin. I edited the image in Lightroom slightly different than the first photo. I did up the exposure +3, but I adjusted the shadows/blacks -2, and I upped the tint +3. For this type of studio lighting setup the face is supposed to look like it has a spotlight on it so I wanted to darken the shadow a bit to insinuate the hard shadows.
