L’activité monastique de Cadouin s’est interrompue en 1790 lors de la Révolution.

Près de dix siècles d’histoire flottent ici et font du Cloître de Cadouin un endroit universel, immuable et serein.
Le site est notamment connu pour être un lieu de tournage de nombreux films et téléfilms.
