Chicago East interacting with water and ice of Lake Michigan

After the new cold spell that hit wide parts of central and east of the USA, massive cold and snowstorm helped the formation of a wider layer of ice in the waters of Lake Michigan as well as the other Great Lakes. Here the Sentinel2 image of Jan. 25th shows the interaction of Chicago East coast with the forming ice, while Chicago is blanketed widely in snow.
