PA474 was repainted over the winter of 1987/88 to represent PM-M², which was originally 103 Squadron's ED888. During it's service with 103 & 576 Squadrons, this aircraft completed 140 missions, more than any other Lancaster. Air Fete 88 was one of its first appearances in these colours.
