7-time F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton Receives Knighthood
Just days after losing a major F1 World Cup fight to Max Verstappen, seven-times Champion Lewis Hamilton was honored at a ceremony at Windsor Castle. Hamilton was announced on the list of people to be honored last December when he won his 7th F1 world title in 2020 when he equaled Michael Schumacher's long record as part of the Queen's New Year Honors list.
Hamilton was honored by Prince Charles. His name was even praised by British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
