"Framed"

Framed between 2 B&O signal mast, the IORY's Lima B job throttles out of the Ottawa loop with one hopper for Lima. I was out in search for the LNL but heard this job ask for track South and decided to investigate. It seems most of my IORY catches are just spur of the moment or random run ins with their hard to track schedule that seems to change weekly.
