scalp psoriasis treatment

I use Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar in the shower on it .. let sit for a bit .. then a dab of head & shoulders clinical strength shampoo on the psoriasis spots , let sit a bit & then a nice moisturizing shampoo & conditioner.. when out of shower use Aquaphor on it.
