Chicken Soup & Casserole
A whole fresh chicken is boiled and cut/shredded for both of these dishes. Casserole is made with 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup (a can of cream of Mushroom is good too), milk & water mix, butter, and a full pkg of med. egg noodles. Soup is made with chicken bullion cubes, med. egg noodles, the chicken broth (boiled a whole chicken in water and after straining, used the same water for the soup stock) - Spices: Fresh chives, fresh parsley, onion powder, a pinch of garlic, salt, pepper, sage, a pinch of tumeric, and a little poultry seasoning (optional).
