Clouds Over Vine Street Medical Building

I watched this build go up on South Vine Street in Paso Robles, a street I often drive as an alternate route to the 101 Freeway in Paso Robles. It always has vacant spaces in its parking lot where I can park to take photos of the freeway and Paso Robles east from a high place overlooking them.
