Vandalized

CSX 8019 is on the point of an outlawed Q701 in Croton West yard. Q701 is a Selkirk to Oak Point manifest which typically runs overnight. It appears that someone at some point was able to vandalize the front of locomotive. Typically graffiti tends to stay on freight cars from what I've noticed.
