Reactive Hypoglycemia

I woke up yesterday around 4am the usual heart racing/palpitations feeling unwell so grabbed the glucometer and this was the lowest so far and scary. So I grabbed a couple of grapes and a small sip of fresh juice as I felt too ill to eat. Luckily got it back up #veganforlife #reactivehypoglycemia #RH
