The biggest problem that I had (and apparently the Bee-eaters had as well) were the high winds which wouldn't stop for a second. I could barely set my tent, and when I finally was able to, I had to hold it from the inside with one hand, otherwise it would fly off. The Bee-eaters had a similar problem; they could barely land on the perches in front of me. But that gave me a chance to capture many action shots.
