A west facing diner. That illuminated the simplest of furniture fixtures indoors at sunset. 3500 ft. New Mexico. Indigenous flavors and colors. I wouldn’t do justice in selecting a favorite. I can’t thank them enough for the best green chili pork stew and jalapeño tamales ever.
