I sometimes throw a few slices of radishes into a salad, or also add bits of jalapeno and radish slices in an Asian style bowl of noodles. It adds a little zest to the flavor. Luckily, organic produce is not as ridiculously expensive compared to non-organic as it used to be, now that there are more growers who switched to organic growing methods. Those of us living in California are surrounded by fresh produce. No complaints here.
