Devils Garden

The Devils Garden is located in the Grand Staircase-Escalante area, on the Hole-in-the-Rock Road, south of Highway 12 and the town of Escalante.
At the end of a 12 mile washboard dirt road lies a compact and magnificent collection of bizarre and misshapen hoodoos, apparently crafted by Satan himself. Regardless of origin it is a very unusual landscape and fun to walk around and capture the shapes and colors. Be sure to leave plenty of time to explore all the rocks - there are probably several dozen of all shapes and sizes.
We arrived late in the day but were unable to stay long enough for the actual sunset to hit the rocks so I did the best I could with the light I had.
