A Calm Windless Night In The Mountains đŸŒŒâ›°ïž

Last week, I spent seven amazing days in Ć umava National Park, the darkest area in the Czech Republic. Two nights were clear, so I could enjoy even the beauties of the dark night sky.

Because of this rare opportunity, I borrowed better gear to capture the night sky. This image was taken with a modified camera Canon EOS 6D and Sigma 35 mm f1.4 lens. The sky is tracked, and stacked from three exposures and for the foreground, I used a focus stacking method (I took several exposures with different focuses).

I chose this composition already during the day. It immediately caught my interest. When I came back at night, clouds were floating across the Milky Way, but soon it got better and I could take what I wanted.

It was quite difficult to make the final image, but after about 4 hours, I got this result. It's new for me, so I hope you like this image, although you may not be used to it.

So proud of the opportunity to have this camera and lens, because the beauty, that hides behind this image, is caused mainly thanks to that. So thank you @gembecmartin for the loan.
