Self care is a staple in my mental health. Whenever I’m not feeling like myself or have just had a really rough day, I try to pamper myself and do face mask, eye mask or really anything in the realm of ‘ beauty self care’ and it seems to really help me. Setting aside time to do things like this has proved to be necessary for me to thrive in my everyday life. While sometimes its hard to find the time in my hectic schedule I’ve come to the conclusion that I can have time for myself and that it’d important to allocate time for self care.
