LED is soldered to the printed circuit board and there is a chip which emits the light based on the electrical connection. In order to bond the chip, a thermal heat sink and a ceramic base are used. Of course, LED PCB is critical to LED lighting, and an LED PCB Manufacturer is relatively simple to produce a large amount of heat, but difficult to dissipate with conventional heat dissipation designs. Thus due to their improved thermal conductivity, metal core PCB is widely used in LED application and aluminum is often used to manufacture PCB for LED lights. The aluminum PCB consists of a thin layer of thermally conductive dielectric material which can in turn transfer and dissipate the heat to a much higher degree than a standard rigid PCB.
