blurred photo

This is my best example of creating motion blur. I really like how the focal point of the photo is blurry in action but the viewer can still tell what it is. To create contrast in my image I I added more highlights, shadows, and blacks. I also heightened the vibrance and saturation, and I added more saturation to the color red.
