Lens & Landscape Event

Dane County Parks, Photo Midwest, and the Friends of Silverwood hosted a unique photography event at historic Silverwood County Park, near Albion and just a short drive from Madison.
The event began with inside the historic farmhouse with a presentation by Dane County Land & Water Resources Department photographer, Sevie Kenyon who shared some of his favorite photography spots in the Dane County Park system.
Afterwards, volunteers from PhotoMidwest lead small groups to explore and take photos in different areas of the park, including prairie, water, woods, wildlife and historic buildings.
The event concluded with a gathering back at the farmhouse to socialize and enjoy some food together.
