This is some of the antique beer signage that is still up on the old roadhouse tavern I posted yesterday. This historic treasure can be found in south central Illinois at a wide spot on the road known as Donnelson which is a little south of Nashville on route 127. I always take old Illinois 127 when I go to Southern Illinois because the towns along the way are filled with the sort of objects I like to record. This old roadhouse tavern could be the subject of an entire photo shoot. Thank goodness for digital capture. This would take two rolls of Fujicolor to do it justice.
