Awe
Ten thousand people will take a walk on a beach. Five thousand will be on their phone or talking with a fellow human. Four thousand, nine hundred and ninety-nine will notice that the shells on the ground are beautiful. Only one will feel awe, and will mourn the fact that they cannot sit and admire each one individually for hours, even days, for each one is worthy of such attention.
