MicrochewBBACA (artist = Joana Filipa Gomes da Silva)

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...the chewBBACA pipeline was born in our lab. chewBBACA is a bioinformatic tool, which includes a set of functions for the creation and validation of whole genome and core genome MultiLocus Sequence Typing schemas. It is inspired by a Star Wars character; Chewbacca! This one was drawn with Staphylococcus aureus on Mannitol Salt Agar.
