I have tried to show that how rabies virus is responsible to cause a disease called rabies; by the biting of rabid animals.This disease is transmitted through the saliva of rabid animals.So i have drawn dog as a vector ,which have infected the brain and spinal cord. I have used the MSA agar plate which is a selective and differential media and culture used by me was S.aureus.
