So it begins

But soon I will be released

But not from my vow

I will always be here

For you to find

If you care to open your heart

Wide enough

To let such love inside

 

So it begins

With my blood and tears

The sweat of my endurance

But this is all for you

For that day when you need me

When it is hard to be alone

Fear binding you to earth

Trapping you below

 

So it begins now

Walk with me to freedom

Let us open the doors

To the welcoming light

And the new dawn

Leave our ties behind us

Break all your bonds

No need to return

 

Let the Light find you, as Easter brings us new life, let the Light find you in the dark.
