Kingston Aviation | Touch and Go

Earlier today, I was observing several small, single and twin-engine aircrafts used in the training of several student pilots practicing the fundamental flight training maneuver that is landing followed by immediate take off, commonly called Touch-and-Go Landing, at the Kingston Airport. I quickly realized that a succession of planes was following similar flight patterns with potential for crossing the Waxing Gibbous (90% Luminosity) moon disk. Although I tried my best to fine tune my alignment, the aircrafts were inconsistent in maintaining altitude relative to earth’s natural satellite as they were looping back to the airport runway. So, the first two images are the only ones I could get a plane and the moon in the same frame in a sort of “over the moon” theme. In the mix, there was the arrival of the Canada Geese-tailed airCreebec aircraft servicing Northern communities.
