Marbled Orb Weaver

This fall, the sliding door to our deck hosts this magnificent marbled orb weaver. I am glad she's so easy to spot as I would otherwise have broken her web getting out on the deck. As it is, I can still crawl out on all fours without interrupting her hunt.
