La Donna Nonna
I watched this beautiful old lady for several days before I was able to take this picture. Everyday she leaves her flat, takes a few steps to sit down on this bench, watch some passersby, stroke some dogs, talk a few words to acquaintances and finally returns home. I don't know her name or her age, but to me she's just a wounderful proud italian woman.
(I really need to learn the italian language so that she can tell me about her life the next time I come to Orta).
