The deep blue at 3400 feet above sea level

The Deep Lake (Djupvatnet in Norwegian) got the name because it’s sudden drop in depth that reaches 660 feet down. In this light the drop makes beautiful shades clear as ice. The lake is situated in the mountains east of Geiranger.
