In our Yoga Teacher Training courses, we incorporate different styles, such as classic Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Gentle flow yoga, and Yin Yoga, to focus on particular requests of participants.

 

The course is centered on Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga is an ideal starting place for people who are new👶 to yoga. One of the more challenging aspects of a yoga practice is combining movements with breathing control, or pranayama.
