The goal was to demonstrate the panning technique. Ducheman suggests panning towards the subject, which I tried, but I could not get a clear shot and had to pan with the subject. The shot could have been improved by taking this in more light. I adjusted levels and saturation, added a blue tint to emphasize the night scene, and cropped the picture.
