The goal was to demonstrate the frozen motion technique. Ducheman mentions that higher ISOs cause noise in a picture, so I tried my best to go with as low of an ISO as I could under the circumstances. Because of certain circumstances, I could not take this picture when there was enough light out and thus did not get a completely crystal clear frozen picture. I adjusted levels and saturation and cropped the picture.
