Facade of the former Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Building, in Brisbane

I gather this relief portrays one of the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance execs...my best guess is it might be of C.B. Hearn (Cecil Barrington Hearn)...in the later 1920s and early 1930s he was head of the Colonial Mutual office in Sydney...at the time he might have been No. 2 in the Colonial Mutual pecking order...he was later appointed Australian general manager...AWM records indicate Hearn served with the Australian Flying Corps in WW1...I haven't managed to establish whether he had an ongoing connection with flying and aviation...
