Filling ke liye : Oil - 1 tbsp Hari Mirch - 2 (crushed) Lehsun - 5-6 cloves (crushed) Adrak - 1 inch (crushed) Red Mirch powder - 1/2 tsp Kali Mirch Pepper - tsp Haldi powder - 1/4 tsp Namak - as per taste Frankie Masala / Chat Masala - 1 tbsp Dhaniya : 2tbsp Chopped Aloo : 6 Boiled, Peeled & Mashed Vinegar / Sirca / nimbu ka ras - 4 tbsp Hari Mirch - 3 Namak - 1 pinch Maida - 2 /3 cup Atta - 1/3 cup Namak - 1 tsp Water - to make dough Maida - roti belne ke liye cup Butter Tel - 5-6 tsp each Pyaaz : 4 chopped fine Hari Chutney : 3 tbsp Dhaniya - 2 tbsp Chat Masala - 1 tsp Cheese aur Schezwan sauce
